Conti Federal Services - Design/Build

As a design/build contractor for the federal government, Conti is capable of either self-performing the work or managing a team. We can work as a traditional prime contractor with an A/E subcontractor or in a joint venture with an A/E partner. Our engineers work with them to ensure quality and constructability. Additionally, we actively seek out and apply innovations in technology and methodology.

In our perimeter security work for the Architect of the Capitol, for example, our team was comprised of Conti and three Washington D.C. area A/E firms. The team performed all the roles of a design-build contractor, including architecture, engineering design, mechanical-electrical-plumbing support, physical security design expertise, and construction. It combined a range of cost-effective design-build services and experience in securing the sensitive historical surroundings.

For customers who are unable to immediately run their new security facility, we offer design-build-maintain services and post-construction operation and maintenance.
