Program Management
Conti has extensive experience as an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity
(ID/IQ) prime contractor for the federal government
In fact, we currently hold many competitively awarded prime USACE, AFCEE and
other federal ID/IQ contracts
Conti has the ability to quickly mobilize the management, craft and labor project
teams, as well as equipment, to support restoration and construction projects
throughout the United States
We have in-place Contract Management Procedures approved by USACE. These include
all of our S&H, MIS and procurement systems. In addition, our Cost Accounting System
(including the timekeeping and labor distribution subsystems) is tailored for Cost
Reimbursable reporting requirements. It meets all USACE requirements, and additionally,
has been accepted by the Defense Contract Audit Agency.
Our personnel can perform and manage all elements of a project. Additionally,
they are fully versed in using our MIS systems in a cost-reimbursement situation on
a day-to-day basis. Our ID/IQ cost-reimbursement program/project management control
systems can efficiently manage and execute multiple concurrent ID/IQ programs no matter how large or complex.
