Safety is a critical part of all Conti operations. In fact, every Conti employee is trained extensively on ways to minimize all on-the-job hazards. At Conti, we believe safety and productivity go hand in hand.

All managers and supervisors insist on the maximum safety performance and enthusiastically administer all federal and state safety rules and regulations. Injury and illness prevention is a key accountability factor for every manager, supervisor, and employee. The Conti Safety, Health & Environmental Program & Procedures Manual sets forth the process controls we use to manage the flow of personnel and materials onto our job sites.

We treat injury prevention as a sound management practice, one that is also vital for maintaining good employee relations. Our Safety & Health program, combined with safe working conditions and good housekeeping controls, keep our productivity, work quality, and customer satisfaction extremely high.

Conti continually reviews and updates its practices to reduce work-related injuries and illnesses. Our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is currently 0.32.
