Conti Federal Services - Operation and Maintenance

Sometimes a client needs not only a specialized facility, but the expertise to run it, either through a shakedown period or even, more or less, permanently. Conti O&M offers such services as facility maintenance and repair, as well as the operation of groundwater or leachate collection and treatment systems.

Our services also include initial systems startup and operation, documentation of operating and maintenance procedures, preparation of operating manuals, and training client operators. For instance, at the Tobyhanna Army Depot, in Tobyhanna, PA, Conti provides operations and maintenance for a water treatment and a plating facility.

We can also supply services well past the completion of the project. For instance, after we completed a wastewater treatment facility for a TERC (Total Environmental Restoration Contract) project, we provided two wastewater treatment operators and six technicians for more than two years. They helped manage such technologies as reverse osmosis, dual bed DI regeneration, carbon adsorption, acid/base neutralization, microfiltration and chemical treatment.
